Of course, I hope you always LOVE what you've ordered, but I totally get that sometimes things happen and you may want to exchange or return an item. Read on for details on how to go about that, for various different scenarios!

Also, there are certain types of items that I can't accept back, those are listed below!

The following items can not be returned or exhanged:

•  Lingerie or Swimwear if the lining has been removed
•  Body Jewelry
•  Digital Downloads
•  Autographed Prints
•  Original Artwork

I reserve the right to refuse any item for refund or exchange if it shows excessive signs of wear/use. For example, if you go to a festival and pass out in the mud because the mushrooms you ate don't mix well with all the cough syrup you drank before you got there, and - as you're falling into the mud - you snag your Cult Star tee on the branch you're clumsily trying to grab in your Tussin-dazed stupor and rip a huge hole into the side... TREVOR... And then you don't even wash your tee before trying to return it...

  I ordered the wrong size/color

You can either do an exchange for a different size/color, exchange for something new entirely, or do a refund! Either way, I'll send you a pre-paid return shipping label and initiate your exchange/refund as soon as I get your package back!

  I thought this would look rad but I'm not really feeling it

  My order was damaged

OH BUGGER!! Okay, send me an email here, through the Contact page on Cult Star, or reply to your order confirmation, and give me all the details! Try to be as specific as possible and, if you can take pix of the damage, that helps me figure out what went wrong! If it was damaged in shipping, destroyed at the warehouse, run over by the shipping truck... You get it... I'll CSI that shit and figure out where things took their sharp left into Funky Town and get your replacement order or refund processed ASAP!

  Part of my order was missing

Awesome! As if you needed any more, here is your proof that I'm a dumbass. Just send me an email here, through the Contact page on Cult Star, or reply to your order confirmation email and let me know what was missing! I'll either ship it out express shipping (obviously no charge) or process a refund for that part of your order, if it was something that you needed by a specific date/don't want to wait for the replacement to get there!

  This order was a gift and I actually wanted something else

Hell yeah! Take your pick, baby!! Just send me an email here or through the Contact page on Cult Star, and give me all the details! Let me know what you got and what you want and we can go from there! If you're just wanting a different size or color of the same item (or an item for the same price) we can do an even exchange. If you're looking to get something new entirely for a different price, I'll do a refund to the original payment method and then we can process it as a new order. I'll email you a return shipping label and we can do the exchange/refund once I get the item(s) back!

  I received an item I didn't order
